We require a $500 deposit within 2 days of winning the auction. Deposits are nonrefundable if buyer cancels. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Out of State Customers
Cash Transaction:
Out of state Customers are not charged tax, title, or license. The Customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state. The Customer will be provided with the Texas Motor Vehicles Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. This form is to be completed by the purchaser and is to remain in the customer file at the Dealership conducting the sale. The customer will be required to take the vehicle back to their home state immediately. Texas Law states that the vehicle is only allowed in the state of purchase for the time it takes to drive it out state.
Finance Transaction:
Along with the completion of the Texas Motor Vehicles Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, an out of state customer that is financing a vehicle, is required to pay taxes imposed by their home-state. The title department of the dealership selling the vehicle will contact the local tax office closest to the residence of the purchaser to make arrangements o have paperwork titled in the customer’s home-state, county and or parish. The title application will be mailed to the Tax Office. The customer will receive their registration upon return, the finance institute will receive the title for the vehicle and the Dealership will receive the paperwork receipts to be kept in the customer’s file.
Title and Paperwork:
While we strive to provide all documents immediately, because of the lengthy process involved in handling titles and other registration documents the State of Texas provides 60 days from the date of sale for titles & registration documents to be provided to buyers.
Fee and Tax Information: All transactions incur a $180.00 administration fee and a $125.00 documentation fee. All Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax and vehicle inventory tax (0.2292%). Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes and vehicle inventory tax (0.2292%).
