1968 Triumph Trophy

Up for auction is a 1968 Triumph TR6R. I bought this bike about 5 months ago and just don.t have the time to ride it.The bike Runs Rides and Stops. It shifts through all 4 gears as it should, as with most Triumphs it does leak oil. It is painted green instead of the blue and white.The paint is pretty new and only has a couple of small chips on the tank. The bike has new tires on it. The rims show a little rust but are good enough for a daily rider. There is a rust on the chrome springs on the shocks also. The tachometer and speedometer both work. all light and horn work. The engine has had a top end job done. I was told it has new valve guides and the valves were reseated. The pistons were good but I was told new rings were installed. It still has the stock bore,and this was honed.It also has a new carburetor the Motor sounds good runs strong. It has new Mufflers on it. I have rode the bike for about 100 miles and have had no problems.This is a fine example of the early Triumph's. Ride or Restore the bike.
