1985 Honda XR

If you are a fan of the legendary Honda XR bikes you'll love this one, 350 cc, well engineered and bullet proof. I purchased it from the original owner three years ago and have ridden it once each year. It looks like he didn't ride it much either. All plastics are in very good condition (see pictures), runs like a top and everything works like it should. The headlight is burned out and I have ordered a new bulb. Bike fires right up, shifts through all of the gears beautifully, and rides like a dream. This really is a nice bike and would take very little (mostly cleaning/detailing) to make it look like new. It is all original including the tires, and has tools in the tool case. I have the original owners manual too. Mileage is an estimate since it doesn't have an odometer. It does have a functional trip meter which is nice when trail riding to keep track of fuel. I hate to get rid of it but I like to ride mine, not collect them, and I have six bikes and can only ride one at a time. The bike has a title and the previous owner did ride it on the road and put a plate on it. That's a nice option to keep from getting hassled by the DNR if you like to ride from trailhead to trailhead without having to throw your bike on a trailer each time. I can help with shipping but you will have to reimburse me for any costs and time. You'll need to make arrangements with a shipping company and I'll do what I can to assist.
