It was bought new in Milwaukee, and moved to Arizona a few years later. It is now back in Wisconsin, spending the last 10 years in my heated garage. Two family owners. It is basically stock, except for the engine, and wheels & tires. The engine has many new parts including a new Scat block with an 1835cc kit, 042 heads, and 44IDA Webers, new cam , etc. It runs and sounds great. This is a HOT VW. Sadly, it only gets out of the garage for a short blast down the lakefront, and a few car shows each summer. I have invested much more in time and money than I am asking.
