We accept the following payment terms for our auctions. Payment Terms The winner of the auction shall pay a $499 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Payment for the deposit can be made over the phone with a Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only) or in person. This deposit secures the vehicle for the winner of the auction. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours and other arrangements have not been made the car will be relisted or sold to the next highest bidder. The remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) must be paid in full by the end of the 7th day following the auction or the item will be relisted or sold to another party. All payments must be made before the vehicle is delivered, no exceptions Payment Methods: Cash, money Order, cashiers Check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. We will also accept Credit Card payments of up to $3,000 USD. Fees, Taxes, Licensing California Residents $258.15 Registration/Smog/Document Fee + Sales Tax All CA residents are required to pay sales tax of up to 8.25% (depending on your county sales tax). All paperwork must be done at our office located at 2519 N Lake, in Altadena. All CA residents will be required to pay $150 registration fee, $58.15 Smog fee, and a $50 documentation fee. These are not hidden fees, the $150 registration fee is used to cover the registration fee we will be required to pay when licensing and registering you car at the DMV. The $58.15 we will use to cover the Smog Test and Smog Certificate (All cars have passed smog). The $50 documentation fee is used to pay a professional DMV registration company to ensure your registration gets done promptly and accurately. Non-California Residents $79 Titling/Document Fee + Sales Tax if applicable Non-California residents are required to pay 8.25% Sales tax if they pick the car up in person at our dealership. The only way to avoid paying the 8.25% CA sales tax is to have the car professionally shipped (we�ll work with any shipping company). You WILL NOT be double taxed. If you pay CA sales tax on the car you will not be legally responsible to pay sales tax on the car in your home state. We will provide all the necessary documentation to prove that sales tax was collected on the purchase. Non-California residents will be required to pay a one-time fee of $79. It will be used to ensure timely delivery of paperwork and titles. We will also provide a complimentary pick up from the Burbank airport (we don�t provide services to LAX at this time). Inspections As noted above, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all vehicles thoroughly. We will do our best to describe each item to you but it is best to have a third party inspection. Please note that we are a dealer and that due to dealer processing and bank transactions some titles take several weeks. Don�t be alarmed, this is the situation with any dealer you purchase from, we will ship you your title Express as soon as possible.
