Up for auction is an orig 1972 Mach 1 Mustang . I purchased it from the orig owner in 08 for over 12k plus shipping , I have the orig title , warrenty plate , orig bill of sale , owners manuel , keys , etc. It was orig purchased @ Mutual Ford in Springfield MA back in July of 1972 . Car is very nicely equipped with all the basics and is an orig Q code optioned car . Finished in Bright Blue Metallic ( 3J ) with white interior . It has Factory C-6 select-shift transmission , convenience group light package , power steering , tilt steering , rim blow steering , fold down rear seat , power front disc brakes , air conditioning ( was removed but have it ) , electric rear defrost , console with clock ( Still working ) , intermittent wipers , mach 1 sports interior , tinted glass , Magnum 500 wheels , competition suspension for a total option cost of $1,672.58 . Total cost was $ 4,802,58 . This car was driven from 1972 till 1987 and has 118,000 miles . It was painted years ago and never polished and needs a professional wet sanding but still looks good . All the interior , dome , footwell , center over A/C vents lights are working . All dash , exterior , brakes , turn signals , high beam ( and indicator pony ) , etc are all working . All the gauges are working , temp , alt , oil pressure , tach , speedomter , odometer , trip odometer , even the clock works . The wipers, tilt , rim blow horn , blower fan , all working . Interior is all orig , dash is exceptionally clean no crakes , dash instruments look very nice , steering wheel in good shape , fold down seat nice , drivers and pass seats are dried and seams open and drivers door panel in poor condition . Car has rust on shock towers , on front su frame has a hole in it as well . Car is being sold as is and ALL inspections are welcomed and encouraged .
