Up for sale is a 2001 Jeep Grand cherokee Laredo. Right Hand Drive (Non-Factory). This is a Custom RHD Conversion specifically Tailored for this particular Grand Cherokee. I had it installed by a professional RHD conversion kit installer. The cost installed was $1200.00. THIS IS NOT a KIT. I started using this vehicle for Mail delivery on February 2008 and quit using it January 2009 when I got an LLV for my 40K Route (33 miles per day). The car is very clean with a few minor flaws. Included in the pictures are the minor flaws (From delivering mail): 1) a few scratches on the front passenger side bumper, 2) Scratches on the back passenger side where I backed into a mailbox. And a 2" scratch on the hood which can be covered with paint. Interior: The rear headrest has a couple slices on it, I haven't been able to find a replacement for it lately; they sell for about $25.00-$40.00 on ebay. As you can see in the picture, the speedometer is stuck on 35 MPH. That's the only thing wrong with the cluster, it just stopped recording the speed about a year ago. Replacements vary in the $50 - $75 range on ebay, but they have to be installed by a dealer to reset the mileage...So, I haven't fixed that. I have replaced 3 of the 4 power window motors that were broke this month. Only the left rear window does not roll down; I left the new motor installed on it...so it must be a short somewhere in the wiring coming to it. 1 or 2 small stains I can't seem to get out of the carpet. EXTERIOR: Both of the 2 Rear Tail light assembly's have been replaced. The cost was about $750.00 to replace these. Also, I replaced the Lock assembly on (what would be) the passenger side. Some of the plastic molding on the bottom passenger side door panel has broken off where repairs have been made to the window motor taking the door panel off. If you want this fixed, door panels I've seen on Ebay for $45.00-$60.00. The cruise control & Airbags have been deactivated because of the RHD. The horn does not work. I've purchased a NEW Battery from Walmart with a 3 year warranty. I purchased this vehicle in 2005 as a personal use vehicle & have had no engine issues with it. The oil has been changed every 3,000 miles by myself. The transmission fluid & Coolant has been changed @ 100,000 miles. There was a new water pump installed about 5,000 miles ago. There is a full tank of gas. No one has smoked in the car since I've owned it 6 years ago. I don't know anything prior to me purchashing it 6 years ago. I have a carfax report for it i ran over a year ago. Everything was good. I have the Title in hand & will Transfer Title upon Complete payment. Also, the tires have good tread left, they are BFGoodrich Tires. If you notice the center Circle in the tire is missing on all four tires. There are Black Window Louvers or Rain Guards only on the Driver side of the Vehicle (or Left side looking at from the front). The Car Drives Good.
