This is a 1969 Chevy Camaro X-44 Code. This is a No Reserve Auction. As you will see in the videos and pictures the car runs and drives quite fast and is also impressive under the hood. The vehicle was a daily driver and is in need of cosmetic restoration. The car is down in prime so you won’t have to deal with several layers of paint. The engine is a V-8 327 which is out of a 1968 corvette. Mechanically, the car runs and drives fine. One of the things I noticed was that the power steering fluid leaked, but it seems to be minor fix. The vehicle is equipped with an Edelbrock intake manifold, Edelbrock 650 cfm carburetor, wrapped headers, 3" stainless steel exhaust, Flowmaster Mufflers, Powerglide transmission, chrome valve covers, braces, pullys air cleaner, and has a column shifter. There have been recent cosmetic replacements on the vehicle such as a new front windshield, passenger side floor, recently purchased tires, & chrome Crager wheels, and a cowl induction hood. The rear bench seats are in excellent condition, and the passenger side seat is in good shape. The driver side seat has a few minor tears as you can see from the pictures. The car comes equipped with a pioneer cd player. The body of the car is captured in detail in the pictures below as well as the video. The body shows much better in person, as you will see in the video, but I wanted to capture all of the problems with the chassis and display them so that you have all of the information you need when bidding. The following is a non-exclusive list of cosmetic repairs. The driver’s side floor needs to be replaced. The rear quarter panels should be replaced if you plan on doing a quality restoration, otherwise they can be partially patched. The front quarters can be easily patched. I do not have the keys to the trunk so I cannot provide an adequate representation, but for the purposes of the auction I will say that the trunk needs to be redone. If you are shipping the item, we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance. A paypal deposit of $500 is required within 48 hours of the end of the auction. A final wire transfer payment or in person cash payment for the balance of the auction must be made within 4 days of the end of auction.
