You are looking at a very special Cadillac - a 2004 Extended Wheelbase Executive Limousine - DES, built by Accubuilt for Cadillac. She is 6 inches longer that the usual DHS sedan. It comes with an executive desk behind the rear right passenger seat for the busy executive to write on. There are controls on the desk surface to adjust the front seat, move it forward out of the way. See http://www.cadillacdes.com for more details on this rare vehicle Originally purchased by Abbott Labs, in Lake Bluff, Illinois for the private transport of it's top executive. Always chauffeur driven and impeccably maintained, she now has 81,000 miles. I maintain a comprehensive file that includes the original window sticker and most, if not all, of Abbott's maintenance receipts. No expense was spared on the maintenance of this limousine, of course. She is painted a beautiful dark blue color with a dark blue leather interior. As is the custom with Accubuilt, the top is covered in a vinyl material - which is in excellent condition, and looks great. The rear windows have limo tint - as well as the rear backglass. There are manual window shades on both rear doors and an electric rear backglass window shade (operating perfectly). The interior is in excellent condition with no marks or tears in the leather. In fact, there is no signs of wear. There are also vanity (or makeup) mirrors on the ceiling above the left and right passenger. There is separate lighting for both of these mirrors. There is also power lumbar in the rear bench seat. Wouldn't want your top executive to suffer from a cramp before a board meeting. In addition, there are small spot lights in the ceiling, ostensibly for reading. There is another rare option on this Cadillac - Nighttime Infrared Vision - which projects the heat signature of the items in front of you - on the windshield directly in front of the driver. It works perfectly. She also is equipped with chrome wheels and nearly new tires. The car drives as new - and starts, runs, brakes, shifts as new. A truly pleasure to drive. This vehicle makes a perfect private limousine or a airport limo, as well. It is essentially a stretched sedan - so it appears and operates as a sedan. Easy to park, etc. Gets great gas mileage also. There is a six CD changer in the glove box that works perfectly, and I have the valet key that was provided to the original owner. Please remember that this is a 6 year old car and has the minor rash on the hood and front bumper that is typical of the year and mileage, but it is barely noticeable. There are also several small chips in the windshield I've noticed - but again, nothing that is noticeable. See the pictures for a view of the overall condition. I see no signs of any previous accidents or damage. Due to the age of this vehicle there is no warranty implied or expressed. I am unaware of any extended factory warranty on this car. We have serviced the car and all seems in order. This is a privately owned car (by myself ) and is part of my collection, not for sale by the dealership. No financing is currently available.
