Vehicle Detail

For auction is a 1996 Suzuki X90, two-seat, sport utility vehicle. It has a 16-valve, 4-cylinder engine, automatic transmission with Overdrive, and on-demand 4-wheel-drive. The vehicle has 128,800 miles, give or take, as I am still driving it. I have owned the car for almost 1 1/2 years. I am only selling it because I bought a 1997, and can't afford to own two. The black paint is fair condition, some shiny, some dull. There is a 10" X 10" rippled area behind the passenger door. It is very minor, but visible beneath the Suzuki decal. It does not impact the door, trunk, or tire function. The X90 has the original spare tire and tools. It has the T-tops, which I had limosine tinted in 2009. It also comes with the factory t-top inserts, but you will NEVER want to use them, once you have seen the limo tint!!! The tires are 205-75/15 Prime Wells, near new. They are the largest tires that fit this car without a lift. The options all work: power windows (slow going up), power locks, power anti-lock brakes, power steering, rear defroster, aftermarket CD player, and the extremely rare Cruise Control. This is basically a Geo Tracker, with the 1.6L drivetrain. The engine starts right up and runs great. The transmission shifts smoothly and the 4WD works well. It is a beast in the snow!! There is NO A/C. This is a used car and it is being sold AS IS with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed, written, or implied. That being said, I would consider delivering the car anywhere in the Lower 48, for the right price. I don't drive as much as I once did, but I depend on this car, and it has never let me down. I have replaced the left headlight bulb, the drivebelt and the main coolant hoses. The coolant was flushed in 2009, the spark plugs and plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, were all replaced in 2009. I have changed the oil 3 times. It has Valvoline DuraBlend 10W-40, and does not use oil. It leaves an oil drip about the size of a quarter when parked, coming from the front of the motor. It does not use oil between changes. It gets in the low 20's on mpg, but that is at 6000 feet elevation. Winning bidder will be responsible for any shipping or delivery charges, as well as scheduling vehicle pickup within 7 days of the end of the auction. Payment for this auction will be either cash in hand, or a bank wire transfer, no checks, no money orders, no cashier's checks. I have the clear, Colorado title in my name. I reserve the right to end the auction early, as the X90 is for sale locally. If I have forgotten anything, I apologize. If you have questions, please ask them! If I had the money, I would keep two X90's. I don't, so this one must go. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. On May-09-10 at 09:33:23 PDT, seller added the following information: I have received some email regarding the ASKING PRICE of my car on another website....arggg, technology!! Anyway, the ASKING PRICE of $2800 on another site is NOT the RESERVE PRICE on EBAY. And I do encourage anyone who wants to see and drive the X90 to drop me an email and we can set a time. Hope this clears up any confusion. On May-13-10 at 14:17:15 PDT, seller added the following information: I wanted to address a couple of questions. First, I have put pictures of the trunk on the auction. All of the tools, and what appear to be like-new T-top bags, are in there. I do not know about the brakes. I was not present when the tires were changed and did not see them. I am not a big fan of Anti-lock brakes, but these do stop the car OK. The windows go down well, but struggle coming up. The driverside does itself, but the passenger side likes a little help. There is no damage to ANY of the glass in this car. Windshield is very good. The minor body damage was there when I bought the car in January 2009. I put the Suzuki decals on the car shortly after that time. The purple S decals are Suzuki, but not X90. The RESERVE has been dropped to $1850, so have fun!
