I have owned this car for approximately 4 years. The previous owner had passed away and his widow sold the car after it had sat for a few years. The car has 67,500 miles; I was told this was original miles although I have no verification other than its condition. After purchasing, the following was done to the car: FUEL SYSTEM Gas tank professionally cleaned and sealed – new sending unit Fuel pump replaced Carburetor rebuilt ELECTRICAL New plugs, wires, distributor cap, coil New battery and cables COOLING & HEATING Radiator cleaned and sealed New radiator hoses New heater control valve BRAKES Power disk (Go-Pack option) Rebuilt calipers – American Parts Depot New disk pads New rear lining New brake and hoses Rotors resurfaced TRANSMISSION FLUSHED DIFFERENTIAL OIL CHANGED INTERIOR New correct carpet and pad from Legendary New correct seat covers and foam padding from Legendary New headliner from American Parts Depot New old stock door sill plates Dash and door panels re-dyed to exact original color All of the above was professionally done EXTERIOR New BFGoodrich T/A radial tires New old stock rear reflector between tail lights N.O.S. 343V8 emblems OPTIONS Go-Pack options are: 343 – 4 barrel high performance engine – 280 horsepower Power disk brakes – front 7-blade fan and radiator shroud Twin traction differential OTHER OPTIONS Power steering Bumper guards – rear bumper AMC floor mats GENERAL CONDITION Excellent Body – no body rust except minor rust on underneath edge of hood and deck lid where there is double metal seam. Paint is a repaint done at some time – go-pack stripes were painted over. There are some small dings on hood and top that appear to be from hail. Not noticeable unless looking for them – I did not notice when I bought car. 20-25 footer – nicks and dings touched up. Glass is excellent – door glass rolls up and down fine. Chrome is a little weak on bumpers but bumpers are straight. Pitting on tail light housings. Car runs and drives excellently with plenty of power. Very solid drive train and body.
