Up for auction is a very nice BMW 635 CSI. We just stripped it and repainted it to factory color. Replaced front and rear seats, completely serviced it. It look superb. The car runs and drives great, must see. It has a few things that are wrong with it to make sure we cover all the bases, but they are very minor. The key switch works well, but will not engage the starter. Someone has added a push button starter, which works fine, but really it should have a new key switch. The key turns everything on just doesnt engage the starter. The blower motor does not spin. We did not check into that at all. We will look at it before the auction ends. 1987 is one of the best years for the 635CSI, and is hihgly collectable. Look at the pictures and if you have time, come see it. It could be driven anywhere, runs great, cools, etc. No engine warning lights on the dash, the multi-function panel lights up as it is supposed to and there are no faults there either. The brake lining indicator is lit up and it may need brakes at some time in the future, or it could be a sensor is bad. All the windows work as they should, the sunroof opens and closes as it should. The transmission works great, shifts well and has 3 modes on it. The wheels are factory. We have the emblems ordered for it front and rear but they have not showed up yet, they will be installed prior to taking delivery. Feel free to come drive it, bring your mechanic, the engine bay is clean and appears to have been well maintained. Car does not have a stereo in it presently, and anymore they are 100.00 items most of the time and up to personal preference anyway. We can install one for the buyer if requested.
