This is a very rare bike, the first year the GL1200 came out which was a huge improvement with hydraulic lifters, electronic ignition and a revised frame, brakes etc plus its the LAST YEAR THEY MADE THE STANDARD GOLDWING SUPERBIKE. Runs great and is 100% original. I have the engine guards and chrome covers that go on the carbs. Everything works as it should except the speedometer, it failed about 6-months ago so I replaced the cable but that didnt help. Is showing 36,000 but it probably has 40,000 from my year of riding it. New brake pads front and rear plus new progrssive fronk springs. Rides great! I just bought a GL1500 Aspencade. $500 due withing 24 hours of austion close, I can keep it up to two weeks after deposit is paid. In Austin Tx.
