I built this car for my girls 7 years ago for their first car and now they are grown and off to different colleges and I took the car back. As a paranoid father I built it with safety paramount in my mind. I designed and installed a 8 point full roll cage including a side door bars that open with the doors. In addition installed is a foam filled fuel cell replacing the gas tank. The car is a rust free Florida A/C, automatic, 2 bbl 289, power steering, car that was a good start. I added Power front disc brakes. Sound system Kenwood with amp, subs, screen, Power windows, KYB gas shocks. I had the entire interior and trunk professionally done and it looks great. I had a 2:73 rear gear ratio to prevent the kids from driving like teenagers. I think the original was 3:23. I had the C4 rebuilt a year ago and it still seeps trans fluid after it sits pissed off big time the way it is, company closed shop ( after sitting 2 months leaked 2.5 oz's used wifes measuring cup Hahaha). I zeroed speedo when I did the car the girls put on 23,000 in the 7 years all Florida. I spent a ton of money on paint, it was a perfect car... :( ...After several dents, 1 side scoop mysteriously "blowing off on the highway dad honest! ") the car is no longer a perfect paint but still very very nice no door dings or chips in paint. Ask anything you want I will try to give you answers before you bid not after.
