Here's one with stories to tell........and, oh, what tales they'd be! 1931 Ford Model A 5-Window Coupe. This car traveled to Alaska and back at least once in its 80-year life!!! As such, we've nicknamed this unrestored survivor "Yukon Jack!!!" Both the info from previous owners as well as hard evidence from the car itself help us understand that this Ford has lived an interesting and eventful life!!! Still largely UNRESTORED with loads of character and personality enhancing bumps, bruises and expected imperfections, this vintage piece of automotive history offers the new owner lots of options...drive, rod or restore this classic! The body doesn't give any appearance of any serious rust and would be a great car for any number of directions you would wish to go. The engine fires up easily and runs decent. I did not get any specifics on the engine when we purchased the car so I can only go by the fact that the car runs out ok. We cleaned up the engine and repainted it, it is not rebuilt. The transmission works fine and the clutch engages easily. Driving around our business complex the car feels like a decent car, I have not had the car out on the highway, only our surface streets where it performed just fine, however I would not plan on driving it back to Florida. The interior is mostly stock. A heater has been added, probably for the Alaska adventure. The windows do roll up and down fine, doors shut just like an A.
