This is a drug vehicle from the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force. This vehicle is being offered at No Reserve and will be sold per the Allegany County State’s Attorney’s Office to the highest Bidder. Do not ask us to end the auction early or try to offer any amount for a local sale. This auction can not be stopped. It will go to the highest bidder. The starting price is very low and at the end of the auction this vehicle will go to the high bidder. These cars come with a clear title that is ready to be transferred to the buyer. There are no conditions on the titles except for the possibility of a mileage code for those cars that are over the 100,000 mile range. I will note those that are in that range. Payment There are only two ways that we can handle the payment on these vehicles. You can pay for this vehicle with a certified bank check or with US Currency (cash). These are the only ways that payment can be made. We do not accept PayPal for full payment nor do we accept personal checks. The vehicle must be paid for in full and delivery must be taken in 15 days at the close of this auction, unless other arrangements have been agreed to. Conditions This vehicle will be sold “as-is” and with no warranty. We are not car dealers. We are not offering any types of warranties on any of the vehicles that we list. Some of these vehicles have sat in an impound lot for a long period of time awaiting seizure proceedings. We are not responsible for any problems or conditions that this car may have. I look over all the cars and report anything that I am aware of as far as cosmetic. I check the vehicle over for any mechanical conditions and if there is anything that I find I disclose it in the description. Once you buy the vehicle we have no guaranties at all. We are selling these vehicles as Drug Seizures or as drug vehicles and are as-is. Details about this vehicle We try to describe the cars to the best of our ability. This car was a special purchase by our narcotics unit for the use by an investigator. It has been fleet maintained. It was purchased in June of 2003 and it had 57000 miles on it at the time. Since that time it has not been in any accidents nor has it had any major repairs. I noticed the following conditions on the car: Normal road chips on the paint A few small door dings, not many at all though. The driver’s side rear door was dented in a bit but it is not very noticeable. The rear tires are newer but the fronts most likely will need replaced. The seats are in pretty good shape and you can see from the pictures they only have the normal wear. The car has been sitting and needs a battery. Once it’s jumped it starts right up and runs very well. No noises or taps in the engine. It is a tight running car. The brakes may need attention from sitting. Driving may clean up the rotors. If not they may need replaced for inspection. Last summer we replaced the entire climate control system at a cost of more than $1500.00. The car was losing coolant and we thought the head gasket was leaking. So we purchased a new car and we took it in for service, they replaced the coolant reservoir and said that the head was not leaking. The car has been sitting all winter since the work was done. It starts up after a jump and runs fine. It is a good running car but has seen its time of service for us. The transmission shifts well and the steering is tight. Some paint is starting to fade on the top of the left front fender and there are some normal scratches here and there but it still looks pretty good.
