Rare 1973 Honda CT70 Mini Trail motorcycle / Trail Bike. Speedometer shows 693.5 miles but is broken. Bike has no more than 200 additional miles. There is a slight bit of paint fade on headlight nacelle. Always garage kept, very clean and in excellent condition. Runs good.On May-01-10 at 10:40:16 PDT, seller added the following information: PLEASE NOTE: INCORRECT YEAR AND VIN ORIGINALLY POSTED: A very eagle eyed eBayer has correctly identified that the bike shown in the photos is NOT a 1973 model as indicated in the listing. I am selling this bike for my parents. They have two of these which I thought were exactly the same but apparently they are different years. They gave me the wrong title for data for the one that is being sold. The photographs are correct and accurately depict the bike that is being sold but the following specifications are hereby corrected: Year is 1972 and NOT 1973. VIN(S/N) is CT700225970 and NOT CT702010215 According to the Honda Motorcycle Identification Guide book the bike best matches the descrip[tion and photos of the 1969 thru 1971 Model CT70K0 because of the chrome exhaust shield, and the integrated speedometer/headlight unit. But the title and serial number range definately indicate it to be a 1972 which should be a model CT70K1. The titles on both our 1972 unit and 1973 unit state the model as simply CT70. This was back before standardization of VIN's. Since the reserve is still a little short, if you bidders that have already placed bids do not want this machine because of ths chamge, then just don't bid up any higher and it will not sold. Any bids from this point forward that result in a sale will be assumed to be in acceptance of this revision. I apologize for this confusion.
