Up for auction is my rotisserie restored 1968 Mustang GT "S" code fastback. I have spent the last two years restoring the car and there are not any nuts or bolts left unturned. The car started it's life in Dallas TX and has not left a 50 mile radius, I have traced the car back and I am the third owner. This Mustang has been garaged it's entire life and because of this it has no rust anywhere, even the original floorpans are spotless on top and bottom. The GT comes with 99% of the original parts it left the factory with. I have the original date coded and VIN stamped 390 block that will be included in the auction, however the car now has a completely rebuilt with less than 1000 miles 1969 428 cobra jet block. I replaced the block because I wanted to make the car a little more fun to drive. It still retains the original heads, intake, exhaust manifold, distributor and all accessories to the 390 GT engine that came factory on the car. The entire drivetrain has been rebuilt including all bearings and bushings, using factory parts where available. All of the options you see in the photos are original to the car, upper and lower consoles, seat headrests, and the candy apple red paint and red interior. All the lights and gauges work like their supposed to, the AC has the original rebuilt compressor with a new clutch, new blower motor, new dry and condenser, it needs an AC hose to be complete. It has the original Ford installed GT wheels, however the tires are not original, I am sure they were replaced long ago. No expense was spared in building this car, I never intended on selling it and it is still my dream car, however I can no longer keep it due to other financial obligations.
