1977 AMC Jeep CJ7 Golden Eagle Limited Up for sale is a 1977 AMC Jeep CJ7 Golden Eagle Limited. It has 4,084 miles on the odometer but it has passed its mechanical limits. So it could be 104,xxx or 204,xxx or other. However, it is suppose to be 104,xxx from previous owner, but I have no way to guarantee. I bought this vehicle this spring as a rebuilder project (always wanted to rebuilt a golden eagle) but family and time will not allow. I'm hoping someone out there has the same idea I had. The guy I bought it from said it can be a daily driver. Starts right up and everything works (lights, blower for heater, signals, etc). I think the brakes are a tad weak but they work and stop the vehicle. No leaks or noises, no tranny problems. All glass is OK, floors good. It was undercoated at one time which helped save the frame. Tub has several patches. The vehicles has an automataic transmission, all time 4wd and basically every option you could get on a 77. Radio is not original but everything else looks that way. Driver side seat is not in very good condition. Front two seats have seat covers. Comes with a bikini top, however I don't think it is for the correct year jeep (fit doesn't look quite right).
