1975 Triumph Trident

Up for auction is a 1975 Triumph T160 Trident,with Electric Start. This is an unmolested all original,as far as I can tell,fine example of British motorcycles.The paint is original and in good shape for a bike that is 35 years old. There are a few scratches on the tank and the pin stripes have been worn off. The front fender has a small crease,the left muffler the chrome has some etching from battery acid. The tires are original and if you plan on riding it they should be changed,as there is checking in the side walls.The rims have rust spots on the,as some of the other chrome has minor problems due to age, the headlight and fork ears have minor flaws. the 5 speed decal is worn and the Made In England decal on the rear fender is also missing the M,The left rear turn signal has the chrome peeling from the top. I bought this bike as you see it.I have done nothing to it. It has a new battery,and all lights, horn,and speedometer,electric starter and tachometer work.I started it up and took it for a 5 mile ride. it starts ride and stops as it should.This is an unrestored 1975 Triumph Trident, It comes with a clear Michigan title,in previous owners name, It is titled as a 1976,my guess is because it was sold in that year. I have tried to describe this bike to the best of my knowledge of it. I am thinning out my collection and will be listing other bikes in the coming week.
