Vehicle Detail
1952 Ford F6 Truck for Sale, looks like a pick-up truck but much bigger We personally refurbished this Ford F6 Truck the summer of 2004. All the exterior parts were removed off the truck to straighten, smooth and paint. We removed everything from inside the cab, painted it, completely refinishedthe seat by painting the frame, replacing foam and cloth that is light gray. We also had “FORD F6” embroidered in the top center of the seat. Replaced all the interior panels (door, roof, and back) and the windshield is new. We replaced many parts with new parts to make it look great. Parts were purchased from LMC Truck supply, local parts stores and a truck salvage. Exterior was painted using Cadillac red pearl and silver metallic single stage paint. The color in the pictures is real close to the actual color of the truck. We painted and installed a flat bed with a wood floor and steel removable sides that were all re-painted. We did not detail the motor or motor compartment. The truck has a newer model 6 cylinder OHV motor, but still used. We have reconditioned the carburetor, new battery and the necessary components to make it dependable. It still starts every time. We have also installed (6) brand new tires. We had a professional at "THE BRAKE SHOP" go completely through the brake system. They changed all the brake shoes, rebuilt the wheel cylinders, replaced bearings, front lines, rear lines, and serviced the rear axle with bearings and seals. It's definately good to go. This is a nice truck and when we drive it around town or to car shows we get all kinds of attention. It brings back old memories for the people around Kansas and Missouri. This would make a great advertisement truck for a business. When the truck was completed in 2004, I drove it to my Dad’s in Missouri which was a 240 mile road trip and had no problems. Truck Information New paint (interior and exterior) in 2004 2 ton truck with flat bed and removable sides 6 cylinder OHV motor 4 Speed, transmission with 2 speed axle New interior and seat All new tires New brakes in 2009 It is currently located in Wichita Kansas and I could make arrangements for you to see it at anytime.
