It has so much less wear than one would expect for its year. It is a true classic—an American muscle car The engine is a 5.0 liter/4VHO 8 cylinder with a rare five speed manual transmission. They put in an Edelbrock Carburetor which is best for the performance of the engine. It runs really nicely. It’s odometer shows 53,139 miles. It is a five digit odometer so it exceeds the limits for titling in Florida. The previous owners were the original owners. They bought it brand new. And she said that the mileage is original but I can’t say for sure. I can say that the car looks like it only has the mileage on the odometer It is a beautifully maintained vehicle. They were older adults and took pride in keeping this car beautiful and original. Everything looks clean and fresh. The body is in very nice condition. There is no body damage. Only some expected dinks or scrapes, for example on the mirrors, fenders. There is no paint fading or peeling. And the pictures don’t do this car justice. Its dark red color is rich and shines beautifully. The interior is very clean. The carpet looks like very good. The seats look like they have practically no wear. It has a soft velour with vinyl covering. The black color if the interior is still dark and fresh looking. There is very little than expected wear on the upholstery. Again the pictures don’t do the interior justice either. The top of the dashboard has some cracking on the driver’s side and in the middle, but the rest of the dash is in very good condition. It has rich wood accents all over and everything is original. Everything is clean and shiny. The windows are manual. And it has COLD A/C, too! The convertible top is power and works. It is in fantastic condition—there are no rips or signs of major wear. There is no fading or cracking or fraying. It looks like new! There is a bag for the convertible top cover for when the top is up. The original Operating Guide and Owner’s Guide are with the car. You can get in this car and enjoy it now!!
