This is a 1990 Corvette Convertible with a limited color combination. The paint is called Charcoal Metallic which if mempry serves there were only 878 produced in that color. It sounds like it would be gray but it isnt it is a dark brown metallic. It has a tan top that looks great with the paint. The top was replaced about 4 years ago I was told by the previous owner and it mist be accurate because its in good shape and no leaks and the back window is crystal clear. Previous owner also put on new tires which are not cheap. They should have no more than 2500 miles on them. This vette has the softer suspension ordered buy the original owner from the factory. Still feels like a vette ride to me but I read that some like it a tad softer. It is great especially on the interstate. At 75 mph it is only around 1900 rpm. I think its a great buy especially just in time for summer. If you havent enjoyed driving a vette now is your chance. The only thing I can think of wrong with it is the power radio antenna. The stations still come in and the antenna motor is good there is just a faulty piece on the assembly and I have already purchased it. It comes with the car. I also have a new after market temperature sensor that makes the colling fans kick on at 190 degrees if you want to install that. It does NOT over heat. I only mention or offer that piece because during that era of cars with stricter emissions they came with a sensor that doesnt kick on until around 210 degrees i think it was. Again it runs and cools just fine. I being a car guy just like the fans to kick on earlier if stuck in heavy traffic in the summer . This vehicles operates exactly as it supposed to right now though and runs perfectly. Everything is original except the radio, it has an after market cd player. Headlights work perfect. Even after I put this car in storage for the winter when I turned the key it started in less than a second. Thats all i can think of to mention. The picture of the odometer was a month or so ago so i will say I rolled it to 70k which is still incredible, a 20 yr old vehicle , that is an average of 3500 miles per year. I bought the car and love it but have a new baby and received a couple of complaints from the HOA in my neighborhood because 6 vehicles. All GM and in good shape but some people dont like any cars outside and 2 of mine sit out covered.
