1968 - NICE BIG BLOCK MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE!!! Great driver, Not a show car and not $50,000-$60,000. Was born a 289 V8 car, it was merged with a wrecked Big Block GT car, as far as I can tell, all the correct 1968 big block components are on the car, including the GT interior and full floor console. Front disk brakes and power top. Sway bar, Monte Carlo Bar, solid Shock towers, floors and cowl, starts and runs great, sounds really nice, full exhaust all the way out the back. I have the replacement GT fog light set but it is not installed yet. Has a few cosmetic things that could be replaced, seats have a few cracks and the rear glass window needs a minor repair. Overall a great car!! There are about 5500 miles since the rebuild on the driveline and installation on this car. Runs drives and looks great !! Great Driver car or Shelby Convertible clone project!! Shock towers, floors underside and trunk are all solid. Some old bodywork is faintly apparent, again, its not a $50-60K show car. Ready for Spring. Please email if you have questions or need more pictures or info!! I have had this car since 2001 and purchased it from a NYC firefighter just before 9/11. Sorry no trades... asking $14,900 OBO On Apr-16-10 at 19:32:08 PDT, seller added the following information: 1968 - NICE BIG BLOCK MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE!!!
