We purchased this Sprinter from an insurance company with plans to export it (or possibly try to get a rebuilt title outside of Texas) but we got a deal on a 4x4 Sprinter in the process. This Sprinter was claimed as a flood loss (fresh water) and issued a Louisiana Certificate of Destruction. The water never actually got in the interior. The water line was 1" above the bottom of the door (see WL in last picture from insurance company) and Sprinters have a large step up into the interior. There are a few states which can convert these in to Salvage /rebuilt titles. You will have to check with your own state whether this can be done or it can be exported. This is being SOLD AS IS. It will ONLY come with a Bill of Sale and odometer disclosure statement.The van was inspected at the insurance yard. They found everything in proper working order. It runs and drives perfectly with zero issues. All fluid levels were inspected with no water intrusion in any of them. There are some small dents on the passenger side pictured and a few small scratches on the exterior but nothing major. After receiving the van it the interior was stripped down to the metal and cleaned. There was ZERO water damage. The plan was to remove the rooftop AC & replace it with a flip up sunroof. All the original molding pieces, screws, etc for the AC are included though. Here is a list of things that have been done. - Added swivel seat brackets to both front Seats (driver side needs the bottom plastic trimmed/removed before swivel will function properly)- Replaced driver side middle window with CR. Laurence vented window- Installed Maxx-Air 7500k fan (not hooked up to power, interior molding, remote, etc is included)- Sanded and painted the cargo area floor with POR 15 for future rust prevention. - Noico sound dampening mat was added to the entire rear cargo area- Minicell foam was added in between ridges and a full layer over that for insulation- Installed Aluminum L-Track with stainless rivet nuts running the length of the cargo area (3 holes were drilled incorrectly, they were painted and capped with plastic plugs. They are under the middle L-Track piece) - Replaced factory rubberized floor with gray rubber coin mat on top of the hard plastic composite factory flooring- Installed a new Duralast Gold BatteryIt will come with one original key.
