***Lots of offers, some fairly close, but no sale. Do yourself a favor...search for this year and model on Autotrader...see what others are asking...and see what our price is for this one with only 105Kmiles....*** We've even lowered the price by $200!! So, we'll try this again...Up Sale is our 2011 AWD BMW X5 3.5i with XDrive!! This is a super nice, reliable luxury family SUV with relatively low miles for its age. On average this car logged 15K miles per year, mostly highway trips from Virginia, to Columbia, South Carolina and back. Clear title, no fleet use, one minor shopping cart damage to the rear reported to insurance. This is the perfect vehicle for a young family. A multitude of options including Panoramic Roof, Third Row Seats, Cold Weather Package, Navigation with Traffic updates, BT Audio, Media Center, Cruise Control, Rain Sensing Wipers, Turbocharged 6 Cylinder Engine with 300+hp, 360 Degree Cameras with Birds Eye View, Roof Rails, All Wheel Drive, Power Lift Gate, Power/Memory Seats, and numerous other options. It also has a complete 3 row set of tan Weathertech floor mats. This car even has a dealer installed 3M protective film covering the front clip, part of the hood, side mirrors, and other key bug and road chip collecting areas. It has been well maintained. This X5 has had regular scheduled maintenance. We just installed new front brakes last week, with a recent oil change, and brand new state inspection (which it easily passed...it did need a rear license plate light..DONE!) There are no maintenance lights or recalls needing addressed and the interior is very clean. SO WHY SELL IT?? Well, we really love how the vehicle drives, tight steering, smooth, straight and quiet on the highway, but KIDS are weird...they do this growing thing and our youngest is now too tall for the third row seats. She has been sitting side saddle back there for a while, but she is just too tall. Our other kids are nearly 6' tall and have commandeered the second row. We need a bigger vehicle. So, we have begun that search, but do need to get this one out of the garage quickly and before the tax season hits. SO WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT? Honestly, not much at all. We have had our share of maintenance as with any BMW over 50k miles, but nothing egregious. We have a book of all maintenance completed. The light interior and carpet hasn't been our favorite to clean nor have the rims which have openings just small enough to torture my hands when deep cleaning them. The fake wood trim is cracked, but not broken, you can't feel it..just oddly cracked...you really have to look at it to see what I'm talking about. We' did have shopping cart scratches/damage at the local grocery store, but had that touched up. That's really it. Nothing is broken or failing, its just too small for us. We've owned (3) X5s over the last 20 years, this one is probably a tie for the best of that bunch (it is tied with my old 2006 X5 4.0i...we only got rid of that one for this 3rd row version). That's all I can think of to put in the ad. It's a clean car, you can eat off the engine... I put the photos of the two worst rims, but all have a little marring though nothing embarrassing. There are the two shopping cart dings (touched up) and a little dimple in the rear bumper. All other vulnerable areas are covered by that clear 3M film. I'm happy to take any further pictures if desired, just contact me. I can help your shipper with loading, but cannot cover the cost to ship. I'm happy to drive it to you within and up to 150 miles. We aren't asking a mint, just a portion of what we owe. It is very fairly priced at $10,200 ...that is below what a GOOD condition vehicle would sell for privately..according to Kelley Blue Book. I chose GOOD condition which is under what I believe it to be. We will consider fair offers, but we don't have much wiggle room, we are already pricing it to sell quickly at a loss to us. It really is in excellent condition, clean, and reliable. This X5 is listed locally, so the ad may end abruptly so act quickly. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. All the best.
