The owner took the truck to the GM dealership were they plugged in their... scan tool but couldn't communicate with the vehicle. They were clueless on how to fix this truck so they told the insurance they would just have to start replacing modules until they could get communication with their scantool. Obviously the insurance wasn't willing for that so they totaled the car. We got this truck into our shop and unplugged all the modules to test them each individually.
