I'm selling off some of my collection of airheads and this 64 is one of the nicest I've owned. All original paint with original initialed pin striping. Even has the original dealer sticker on the rear fender and swing arm. Paint is not perfect because this bike has been ridden, but it still has a very nice shine and mild patina as you would expect from a 54 year old motorcycle. The start up video is a cold start after sitting for several weeks. Starts up and idles nicely with no throttle attention needed. Transmission shifts great, better than any other R60/2 I've ever had. New top end less than 800 miles ago. New tires at the same time. Mufflers are new as well (imported from Germany). Denfield seat is excellent as well as the bench seat which comes with the bike (see photos). Everything works as it should and has been serviced regularly. No smoke or odd noises. Great vintage BMW ready to ride.The photos are a realistic depiction of the bike and were recently taken. Her custom bobber stall mate is gonna miss her.
