My name is Ed and I have personally road tested this vehicle and this is my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. This vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. A fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of this auction. Up for a auction is a 2001 BMW 325i with RED leather interior, Borbet wheels and new winter tires. I would rate the exterior of this car to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in Alpine White over Red and Black interior. The white finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around this e46. The body lines are nice and straight except for the rear passenger side door. Its definitely a 20ft problem. The hood and doors all open and close easily. Trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The Borbet alloys are practically brand new with no rash or damage. They are balanced and ride smooth and straight on new rubber. Please take your time and check out each of the photos of this clean 325i. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets show extremely well for their age throughout the interior. Both front seats are power and near perfect, all locks, mirrors and sunroof work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good through the Harman/Kardon speakers. The climate control system is working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. Mechanically, this e46 appears to be in very good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline 6 cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly and with a fresh oil change. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent, as expected for a sport edition 325. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. This car will sit down and climb easily to 100mph. Steering and braking feel tight and good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and the manual mode shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. *UPDATE* Some interested parties have expressed their concern about the title status. A reconstructed title does not in anyway affect the cars ability to be insured or registered. I had no problem myself and guarantee who ever buys this car will not have a problem either.
