Hi and thank you for looking my listing. This BMW M3 has a transmission issue. The car does run and drive but the gearbox light is on. The car was traded on a new BMW M4. The top does work but the drains on the convertible top got clogged and the convertible area was saturated with moisture. As it drys out the top seems to improve its function. The drivers seat and the passenger seat has small tears at the seams. The car has an accident on the carfax but 52 services documented on the carfax. Its all completely stock with the 19 inch optional wheels with great condition Michelin tires installed. I do not know what is wrong with the gearbox. I am selling the car in as-is condition as it sits. Please feel free to look at the car before bidding.
