Overall this is one still handsome two-decade-old BMW sedan!THE INTERIOR As I hope is articulated in the photos, the interior of this '98 BMW is in good to very goos condition overall with working six-digit odometer and other gauges. Imperfections inside the car include typical driver seat "twist" on the recline function, light expected wear on the leather and trim, a worn spot on the top of the steering wheel, a few bad pixels on the display panel and right rear window inop. Overall this is still one quite comfortable, stylish and safe German cockpit!THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE This 540i has a great running quite powerful and torquey engine with quiet timing chain and guides and superb sounding Dinan exhaust along with excellent braking and fairly tight yet supple suspension.
