1959 Triumph 650 Thunderbird Original Patina Matching Numbers ! ! ! A very original Thunderbird that has been stored in a barn for many years. The cylinder casting and the head / pistons were off of it when I bought it. The rods and everything below were still on it and unassembeled and look good, well lubed and free. Rods feel good and snug with a good tolerance. Pushing down on the kickstarter moves the crank and rods as it should. I think the previous owner was going to put new rings on it and must have gotten sidetracked. I don't have the pistons. Cases hold oil fine with no cracks etc. I don't have the carb or exhaust. What you see in the pictures is all I have. This bike has not been altered or cut in any way, just some added options etc. Leave in original patina or restore.
