Welcome To CarolinaCorvettes Auctions! About MeI work full time and am the single father of two wonderful children. I sell items part time, mostly BMW and Corvette parts to help fuel my passion for my own hobbies. I used to be a full time eBay seller, though have not recently had enough time to list as much. However, you can see from my feedback that I am a seasoned seller and take the time to accurately list my items. I appreciate your business! I'm allowing the make offer feature, but honestly I'm pretty close to my bottom on this vehicle and won't let it go for much less. It's quite difficult to find one in this condition as well optioned as this one is - not to mention it's likely impossible to find this color combo equipped like this again! I could drop the price a bit if you don't desire the hardtop as I could keep it for my other 996. Hi all, For sale is a beautiful Porsche 911 Convertible. It has barely 15k miles ever driven. The original purchaser was in Connecticut and drove it as a summer toy, then it was brought to South Carolina where it has enjoyed the nice weather we have here. While many of the 996 generation have been driven and abused, this one is kept nearly immaculate. I see several of these stating that they've been restored already - but why go that route when you can buy such a pristine original example? Though none of these cars were cheap when they were new, they were often criticized for looking the part as the base models had quite a bit of plastic trim in them that made them feel less expensive. Not so on this wonderful example, with the full leather interior and nearly $20k in options, much of the vinyl and plastic has been replaced with leather and aluminum. As a later 996 model, it has a larger engine with more horsepower, as well as some other nice upgrades such as a glass rear window in the folding soft top! It also received the turbo headlights, which are much sexier than the early 996 examples. I've priced this car very fairly. No, it's not the cheapest example out there. However, before you start shopping price to save a few thousand dollars, ask yourself if it's worth it to get a car with wear or even real damage. Many of these cars have normal rock chips and scratches, and several of them have cracked spoilers or bumpers, curb-rashed wheels, or entry wear to the seats. Many have higher mileage, or have been driven extremely hard. My car is the opposite. While I've driven it lively at times, I never have done so without properly warming the engine to temperature first. The paint/body are near perfect (I think there are 3 minuscule marks upon the entirety of the chassis), and the interior looks almost factory fresh. I'm sure under a microscope I could find some wear somewhere, but it'd honestly take a while to turn up much. It's spent most of it's life indoors, hooked up to the battery trickle charger. I'll have to admit, it did spend a night or two outside - though probably not more than 3 or 4. It even got rained on once or twice. I'll detail it up before the new owner gets her to erase any of the unsightly dust that may have occurred during these nightmarish occurrences. Tires/clutch/brakes are all still in exceptional condition just as is the rest of the car, and there is no service necessary. The radio display does have one burned out LED line, which doesn't affect it's enjoyment at all. EVERYTHING else works just as it should. Yes, the spoiler comes up as designed, the headlight washers still function, and the folding top operates flawlessly. The air intake will be returned to stock, carbon fiber intake is not included as I'll be putting it on my other 996 if this one sells 1st. Many of the cars that have 50k miles on them need $5-10k to bring them back to where a Porsche should be, and even after spending that, you'd have the higher mileage example. Spend a little bit more money upfront and save the restorative costs. Best of luck in your search for your dream car - if I can be of assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you! I currently have 2 Porsche 911 996's. I'm getting ready to build a dream garage, so one of them must go. This is the nicest of the pair, but the other is very nice for the money. Please see my other listings if you'd like to see my other 996.
