On Aug-20-18 at 10:48:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Hello, Yes Layaway is good, Not sure what a Old's 403 looks like but I agree it is most likely a small block Chey, Bell houseing is pointed in top like a Chevy, I test drove the car 50 or 60 miles, No smoke or issues, In fact after setting all winter when we started it in the spring it fired right up after pumpmg the gas 10 or 12 times, Goes down the road smooth, No shakes shimmeys or wander, It does have hesitation or misfire with heavy acceleration, Clutch functions as it should and NO grinding of gears, Clutch does release at the top of the travel, No exhaust leaks, Dual exhaust, Sincerely Doug Wight, My phone number is in the ad,,,
