Over the ensuing five years I put on 13,588 miles on the bike all as recreational touring locally and on extended week long tours with my riding buddies to the Smokeys two times that amounted to over 4200 miles combined. I am 6' 2" and installed the peg lowering kit 2/4/13, you can see them in the photos. I personally changed the oil at about 3-4 K each change using kits purchased from Bobs BMW and had Bobs BMW do one change on 11/20/14. When Bobs changed the oil back on 11/20/2014 they indicated a leaking fork seal and I replaced the seal myself over the winter that year prior to our annual ride. On November 21, 2015 I had Fredericktown Yahama install the rear Dunlop tire, I installed the front myself. That winter I sent my radio head unit to England to get an amplifier upgrade and spent about $400.00 or so dollars on it. While the CD on the tank was removed to accommodate the new amp circuitry the six CD changer in the right saddlebag remains and plays both CD and radio just fine now. It's due for an oil change now as when I got back from a trip to the Smokeys in and into Georgia in May 2016, I had a debilitating bicycle (NOT Motorcycle) accident that summer, and have not been back on the Mortorcycle or my bicycles (Road and street) in two years as of August 31st this year due to my injuries. The battery died during that time, and I had a local motorcycle shop sell me a charged BMW battery which is in the bike on a trickle charge now. It starts fine, just like two years ago it sounds great but I wont be riding bicycles or motorcycles any more, and that is why I am selling this great motorcycle. See new photos of my records. On Aug-05-18 at 10:02:48 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to add that I added a new Lee Bailey Aircraft Plastics taller and very quiet windshield in the spring of 2014 and have the old, lower BMW windscreen that goes with the bike.
