1986 Honda Big Red 250es - This is a really nice used 1986 Honda Big Red 250es. ATV runs great and starts every time the button is touched. No smoke, no knocking, no engine problems at all that I'm aware of. There are no dents at all on the gas tank like many of these that you see for sale. Also, the fenders have no cracks at all. There is a small crack on the trunk lid which is pictured and patched with epoxy. The side panels may or may not be original and the right side panel has a small crack near one of the pegs. This machine spent the majority of its life around the south east US coast and so it shows some evidence of salt air exposure. This ATV was owned by a famous, wealthy American family for the majority of its life, but I have no paperwork or evidence to prove that. It was used as a utility vehicle on their island estate by their grounds keeper and you can tell it has always been well maintained. The rear rack and front headlight rack show evidence of wear and could use a coat of paint. Also, there is a very slow leak in the left rear tire which may require some attention. Everything works on this Big Red and it's a lot of fun to ride. I've enjoyed owning it and am proud of its condition. This is a nice Big Red and it draws a lot of attention when I put it on a trailer. I would prefer the buyer pick it up locally. Winning bidder should pay $300 deposit upon winning the auction, with the balance to be paid upon pickup. Good LUCK!!
