2004 XLR Silver/Black 103,000 miles. Has been my daily driver for about the past year, car is comfortable & reliable. Not a show car but above average condition for this mileage, everything on the car works except the radar cruise control (needs radar module). Power top works flawlessly, zero hydraulic leaks. Car needs nothing to be enjoyed every day or as your weekend toy. This is my second XLR, I absolutely love these cars, but I have purchased a CTS-V and one of the toys has to go. There are few cars that can match the smiles-to-dollars ratio of an XLR. During my ownership, I have replaced/repaired the following:• Both left side (Bank 2) O2 sensors• All eight ignition coils• Intake manifold gaskets (common vac leak)• Intake plenum hose (cracks-another common vac leak)• Oil Level Sensor• Oil Gallery reseal-big $$$ performed at Caddy dealer• Front shocks replaced with conventional Bilsteins. Includes the electronic adaptors to eliminate the error message for the magride shocks. • The rear Bilsteins and electronic adaptors will go with the car to be installed The car runs, shift, drives, steers, & stops like an XLR should. Tires are matching Michelins with good tread. There is one accident listed on the Carfax earlier this year. I was barely tapped in the rear while sitting at a stoplight. Probably a 5 mph impact. Required repair and repaint of rear bumper cover only, absolutely no structural damage. Work performed at Abra, which is the body shop for the Cadillac dealer here. I have pictures with the rear bumper cover removed clearly showing no structural damage. Car comes with Driver 1 & Driver 2 fobs, two mechanical keys, owner’s manual, nav CD, and the special tool to unlock the top manually if the system fails & you need to raise it manually.
