1948 Ford Deluxe bought by a farmer who didn't want to pay excise tax for a pickup. He cut the rear off and made his own pickup. Registered as a1948 Ford 1/2 ton pickup. Runs and drives, headlights, hi low beams, gauges, blinkers, brake lights, carb rebuilt, radiator rebuilt, new master cylinder slave cylinders, and brakes, runs cool, looks cooler, good bias ply wide whites with ford script. Very cool and gets a lot of attention. To many toys needs a new home and some finish work. Added more photos of cab, like I said this car was made into a pickup in 48 by a farmer who didn't want to pay a pickup excise tax. The corners of the box are old school leaded together and the cab Is bolted together. This also has rust, added character no charge. Runs and drives. All new brakes from the master to the shoes.
