Up for sale is a beautiful 1970's 240z Series 1 Datsun.This car was a blast to drive all over Los Angeles for the last few years. It garnered compliments everywhere I went and in more than a few occasion I was made an offer to outright buy it while pumping gas, so don't be surprised if you're the envy of the neighborhood. What this is:This is a restoration project. The car ran flawlessly until I parked it September of last year and slowly started working on it. This is a collectors car that can easily be adapted to become your day-to-day driver. It has a strong engine and it never failed me first thing in the morning or stuck in rush hour. The car stocked is a perky and agile, something you don't find in many cars nowadays. Like most of these cars you'll find that are on the verge of being 50 years old there will be rust on the common areas. Thankfully the repairs can be done by most competent bodyshops that have a good welder. The vehicle has matching numbers (Engine/Drivers Door), something that other listings cant boast about.Why I'm selling it:Honest to God, when I bought the car it was just my wife and I.
