This is a 1999 BMW 528i 230k miles on it. We are the 2nd car and it was never raced and always taken care of. This is a high mileage car as the car spent most of it’s life traveling up and down the 5 freeway from L.A. to S.F. All non-consumable part replaced on this are O.E.M. whenever replace and never had any aftermarket parts installed. This car is all original and has the rare ///M Sport package on it. It was not very common in 1999. This is a great daily driver and to fix little things on the weekend.. The interior of the car is in excellent shape! No rips or tears anywhere. The carpet and seats are all nice and clean with no blemishes what so ever! The driver’s seat shows some wear. It is not ripped or torn it might just need to be redyed . The back seats where never sat in as this was owned by an older bachelor with no kids. The back seats look brand new. No dead pixels on the radio and no missing buttons on the climate control. All of the interior trim pieces are there and no missing parts. The headliner is nice and clean. The car was never smoked in and has no weird odors inside. All the interior buttons and trim pieces are all there and everything work great. Everything on the inside is in original and great shape. The exterior of the car is in great shape! The paint is in excellent shape and looks like just rolled off the factory assembly line except the front hood and bumper the paint is chipping. I took close up photos of it and it is towards the end of the photos. All the glass, lights and mirrors are all crack free except the windshield has a little nick on the top corner. There are 2 minor dings on the car, the trunk lid and front right fender. They are very minor and cannot be seen 3ft away. The body is almost flawless! All the doors, hood and trunk all open and close perfectly. Overall the exterior is would say is in really great shape. Mechanically, the car is in good shape. The engine does not shake or vibrate. The transmission shifts perfectly. All 4 tires are matching Continental Pro Contact and almost new. The car drives nice and tight and straight as an arrow. There is no Check Engine Light and the car just passed the very strict CA emissions smog check.! The car does have the ABS/Traction Control Light on due to ABS pump it comes and goes. Very common problem on these cars and the parts are $50 on ebay. We replaced the driver and passenger seat 4 years ago and after that we get and air bag light for front driver and passenger seat buckle. The car does have little oil leak coming from the oil filter housing. All minor weekend projects. We just drove the Car from the Bay area to L.A. last weekend to post it for sale and it drove well with no issues. I am so confident in the car I would drive it across the nation. Buy a 1 way ticket and drive it back where ever land permits! Overall the car is in great shape. The pictures depict on how well the car has been taken care of maintained all its life. We hate to see this car go but we need a bigger car. This was very well taken care of and the car speaks for itself. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge. I highly recommend an inspection before the auction ends and if not I can send detailed pictures of any questions you may have. The roof rack is not included in the sale.
