Vehicle Detail
Super Clean and Solid Short Bed F150. Has to be one of the nicest on the East Coast. 1 owner for 24 years! First owner bought it in 1993 new and owned it until last year (2017). Really nice Unmolested Original Truck. Interior is clean, body is rock solid. You can read the "Ford" stamps in the cap corners. Loaded XLT with Power windows, locks, and power Lumbar seats, working A/C. V8 Automatic with push button four wheel drive. Clean and Clear PA Title in my name. I bought this as a collectable. It just sits in the garage. Tires and wheels in great shape too. New Battery, A/C service, and PA Inspection/emissions. Underneath is as clean as you can find. Bed is rock solid under the bed liner too. It is mostly if not all original paint, but there are dents and dings. The body is very straight and presentable. Paint on the hood is getting thin, but shines nice. Same with Roof. Very glossy after a little wax. I would not paint it, because it proves the originality and rust free body. The radiator and support are new. That was a very common area for rust and repair. the support is painted to match, and you have to look to notice it was changed. Spring hangers and other common rust areas are solid with just surface rust and no rot through. I don't believe anything else needs attention for structural reason. Just cosmetic. You can also see it was regularly maintained. I see newer replaced brake lines, Muffler and tailpipe, ball joints, tires...etc. Not sure of the age, but replaced in recent years. The steering has play. Very common in these. steering wheel has a cover because the original leather broke down. And a small drip of oil, also very common with the original cork oil pan gaskets. Not bad. Ask any questions, come and inspect it. I'd be happy to show it, and go for a test drive. Its a great truck. My opinion, the best looking truck Ford ever made. Hard to find like this. I have a walk around video, and one of it running. Occasionally a belt squeak that goes away at the right rpm. You can hear it in the video. For 25 years old, very minor flaws. New Husky Liner molded floor mats. Fresh oil change at inspection. I'll take any pictures. Nothing to hide here.
