This is my 1972 ford f-100 short bed ( converted from a long bed ). Long story short I found a very clean long bed. So I made the decision to have a fab shop professionally Cut the bed and frame to stock short bed dimensions ( very common these days since true short beds go for $10+ or are rusted into the ground. ). This truck has been repainted some years ago, but this paint is getting a nice dressed look. Perfect for the old school rat rod style!!! I've done a lot of work to make this a great driver!! Slammed it on the ground, did a full tune up and put new wheels/tires on this truck, along with a long list of other things. Engine: original ford 360. Rebuilt in the early 2000's ( don't know who did it or miles ). I did a full tune up and rebuilt the carb. Runs great Transmission: ford c6 also rebuilt when engine was done ( works great ) Suspension: full drop kit by DJM all new bushings and other parts to make this truck ride good and safe. Brakes : redone stock f100 Wheels / tires. Stock style 15 steel wheels and 700/r15 new old school tires Interior: all stock with a new factory seat cover! Missing headliner, radio. Body: 99% rust free, very straight clean body, professionally chopped bed ( comes with extra good shape tail gate. only rust or mud I can find is driver side finder bottom (see pic ) The good: good running f100 that won't brake the bank, no big rust issues and very cool looking. I get Complements every where I go. The bad : needs better exhaust, does have a exhaust leak, need to have tail gat installed. Need some interior work. Windsheld has a crack. this is a good solid f100 with a free and clean Colorado title! Over all I have Close to $6k into this truck!
