Thank you, Paul (541) 974-5346 In 1995 this Yukon started life in sunny, dry, Central Oregon where it was purchased new by an older couple and spent its whole life in the garage of a rancher and his wife. Harvey was a full time rancher and a had a classic car passion. His wife Sheila also enjoyed the classics but really wanted to have her own brand new SUV for herself. Harvey and Sheila decided in 1995 to purchase a brand new Yukon for her. Her first choice was the classic sporty 2 door version and she picked out a beautiful Emerald Green metallic Yukon. Don't be fooled by the pictures as it shows more blue for some reason, this is a beautiful emerald green. Their son Shannon, now in his mid 40's, told about fishing trips and other fun family activities that this Yukon took them on. It even made the rotation for taking the family to church when his Dad usually would drive the classics on Sundays. Shannon loved this Yukon, but was never allowed to drive it when he was younger. Upon Harvey's passing, Sheila has been downsizing and is selling their ranch to relocate into town. Shannon jumped at the opportunity to buy this from his Mom, but ultimately it just does not fit the needs of his growing family and has decided to go a different direction. Central Oregon is a very dry high desert climate and they do not salt the roads in the Winter. This Yukon has been in this environment its whole life and kept in a garage when not being driven. The meticulous care this lovingly received over the years is apparent throughout. There is absolutely no rust anywhere, and the body and paint are amazing! I have noticed that you just don't see very many two door versions of the Yukon and Tahoe in this generation on the road. Especially in this straight, clean, rust free condition. If the market of the early Blazers and Jimmys are any indication of future collectible values, this would be a great one to have and cherish. The body is in amazing original shape. All of the body lines fit and finish is as original. All of the exterior trim and mouldings are nice. It is VERY straight and there are no noticeable dings or dents. I have highlighted in the photos below a ding in the lower bumper that really doesn't show, but that was the biggest exterior imperfection I found worth noting. There are some rock chips and minor scratches that I could not possibly point out each one individually. This has been driven 109K miles, so some will be present. But overall, the paint is in really nice shape. The paint has great shine, clear coat looks great, and I can't find anything resembling the slightest ding in the body. I wish the pictures could do a better job showing how nice this SUV truly is, it looks better in person. This thing is VERY NICE!! The interior is probably better than you could expect from a well cared for vehicle from 1995. It is in truly amazing original condition throughout. This Yukon has never been smoked in, did not have pets in it, and has no strange odors etc. All of the plastic dash pieces, bezel, trim, console, cup holders, etc. are in amazing shape. There is not a single rip to be found anywhere on the interior. All of the upholstery is in exceptional shape. No rips, tears, burns, stains, or noticeable wear. The cushioning on the seats are very firm and feel like new. The interior has not been detailed, so there is sign of some light foot traffic in the carpet that would come out and it would benefit from a professional detail if you want it to be perfect. The door panels are all in great shape, no cracks anywhere. All of the buttons and switches are intact and function properly. The headliner is super clean and in perfect shape. No separation, sagging, or anything like that, it looks like new! All of the gauges, switches, lights, accessories etc. work. The headlights low beam/high beam work. All turn signals work. The back up lights work. The brake lights work. The running lights work. Windshield wipers work great. The power mirrors work properly. The heater and air conditioning work great on all settings. The power seat works properly. The original factory radio works flawlessly and sounds pretty nice. All of the power windows function as they should. Convenience lights all work, and every one of the gauges work as they should. This is ready for you to drive and enjoy, EVERYTHING WORKS! As nice as this looks, where it really shines is when you drive it. The motor starts right up and idles smooth. There are no strange sounds, no smoke, and runs very smooth with great power delivery. The automatic transmission shifts through each gear precisely as it should. The transfer case shifts into each selection smooth and functions properly. This is a very nice driving SUV, steering is tight and predictable. There is no pull to the left or right while driving or braking. The suspension feels very tight and solid. The shocks have been replaced recently and it handles great! The tires have probably 98% tread life and look like new. The muffler and tailpipe are new, it is very quiet and sounds great! I have done my best to describe this truly wonderful rust free Yukon and have taken lots of photographs to show highlights and flaws for you to view.
