1961 TR3A miles: 68,134 vin: TS56815 Factory Commission Number: TS 77810 L. Last of the classic swept door British Sports cars. This car is a late production TR3A. If you are unable to find a Morgan, this car should be yours. This car can be driven as is or a prime candidate for a light restoration. It was driven into the garage 10 years ago and I never came out. Basically, no rust and no Bondo can be found in floor boards, trunk, rocker panels and wheel wells. All parts included, some need re-chroming. Has new electric fuel pump and the gas tank was cleaned and coated with the POR gas tank system. Trim and carpet will need to be restored but all inexpensive and readily available. Original Low mile motor (2138 cc straight-4, 100hp). Comes fitted with Weber DCOE 45's ($1200 upgrade) and a restorable factory set of SU carbs and the manifold if you want to go back to original. Recently installed synchro 4 speed transmission. The original paint shows light aging, but good to go for now. An ideal driver. Lots of books and manuals for restoration and owner. Rebuilt painted wire wheels with new knock-offs.
