This is a super nice 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII- LSC . However, after my trip to the lake last week, this will now have to be an ad for, a none running vehicle. On the trip down it must have broken a rod. After towing it to a repair shop, they have found, it will start and idle in and out of the garage, it makes a loud noise like it is hitting a valve or something metal. The block is ok as we know, but it will obviously need some engine work or replacement. It will need to be loaded on a trailer, but it will move at idle speed, any more driving it, would risk further damage to the motor. This is not your ordinary Mark VIII you fine. Every thing worked fine on the car, until now. The car has been well cared for and garaged all its life and has not had damage to it. I am the second owner and have owned the car since it had 30K miles on it. The car has not been used on rainy or wet days. The mileage is 177,000 original miles on it. About 60% of these miles are highway miles to and from the lake. Please excuse some of the pictures, some make the car look orange, but it is red with the rare gray interior. The A/C is ice cold and the heater is hot. The paint is in great shape and is glossy and shinny, and can be put in any car show or used as a driver. It did not burn any fluids or have any rust. It has the all of the factory luxury items, with a sunroof and chrome wheels, power memory seats, locks, windows, and gas tank lock. It shows the fuel range, amount used, outside temp., and it gets about 25-26 mph on the highway. Most all the miles on the car are highway going back and forth to the lake In the last six months I have put on new Michelins tires, which now have less than 2500 miles on them, new brakes, and have also replaced the outside driver's door handle that broke. It has the CD changer mounted in the trunk that is shown. It has always had the oil change at 3K miles, and the transmission, and radiator fluid changed on schedule preformed at the dealership. Also back at about 100K miles I replaced the air ride system, with shocks and coils. It does come with its owners manual. The reserve is set at $1,000 The title is clear and ready.
