Several years ago I purchased several items from an estate sale. This bike was one of them. The story (which I believe to be true) was that the husband passed away shortly after he bought the bike. The widow was savvy enough to drain all fluids and threw a tarp on the bike in a garage and there it sat for 30+ years. I replaced all fluids, installed a new battery, tires, rebuilt both carbs and put the bags on it. I have the passenger backrest. The bike is about as nice as you will find for it's age. The only items that are minor problems are occasionally the right carb will leak after you turn the engine off but stops when you turn the petcock off. I put new floats and shut off pins in the carb and I think it just needs riding. It does not leak when running as all photos were taken with it running and no leaks are there. Also, the gas cap cover lock is sometimes difficult to put the key in but it opens with a small screw driver easily. I read where these are common issues with this bike. Just google the items and you will see what I mean. This bike just needs riding and I'm clearing my garage as I am in my seventies and hurt my back.
