2005 Nissan Pathfinder 3 rows - seats 7- clean & non-smoker vehicle211,827 miles - (transmission slipping) I believe we were the third owner and have put the majority of miles on this vehicle. Engine was running strong when transmission began slipping. Had used it this year taking trips to Minneapolis and back numerous times. Car still drives but the transmission began slipping. I am not a mechanic but looks like the transmission needs replaced as fluids look like they are mixed with the radiator or vice-versa. Other than the transmission going we would have continued driving as no other major repairs were needed. Car has sit for the last month but I have started it up and driven it around the block to keep it from getting rusted in driveway. Not sure when when last time the brakes were changed but we were not having any issues with them. Runs tight and strong. Truck is very clean. Never was smoked in. Seats are in great shape except for driver seat has a 1-2 inch area that needs to be sown (see picture). Carpets good. Body is solid. 2 months ago I backed my trailer into the rear driver backside panel which cracked the brake light, put a dent in it and cracked the rear fender however. The paint chipped and you can see the rusting color with the paint chipped (see pictures). Hood has some scratches on it (see picture). Overall the truck looks really nice and would be a great car to fix. Here are all the other details to truck other than the transmission;Miles 211,827.Title is clear and have the payoff letter from bank as the secured partyClean interior.Check engine light has been on. Has been on for a while and was an 02 sensor I believe. Not sure if now it has to do with the transmission issue.Rear Trunk/Hatch, after opening doesn't stay open by itself and needs to be held open if taking stuff out. It has two arms that are like shocks that would probably need to be fixed or replaced. We never cared about it and always just held it up when unloading.Missing rear heater knob to control the heater in the back of truck (see picture)Driver side window controls don't work all the windows. If wanting to roll down passenger or rear windows wash individual door controls work but ever since owning I couldn't roll up or down other windows from drivers door.AC and heater worked fineRunners (side steps) are strong Battery was good but probably would need to be replaced before a cold winter again.Engine has always been strong and no issues. Seems like it has a lot of miles to go.Radio and stereo works good. Good sounding. Sun roof works.Tires are getting close to needing to be replaced. Tires would get low in winter months and took truck to have them clean rims to seal and has held air with no real issues unless truck just sits for long time. LOWERED PRICE LAST DAY DUE TO THE BELOW MESSAGE. HAD SOMEONE EMAIL THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO THEIRS AND HAD TO FIX OR REPLACE TRANSMISSION, MOTOR AND COOLING SYSTEM. HAVE HAD OFFERS FROM CASH AND TOW COMPANIES FOR 600-750 SO LOWERED PRICE TO $850 LAST DAY. TRUCK IS SOLD AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY. I have done my best to give you the best description. Clean title on the truck. Have had offers up to $750 from cash-and-tow companies but know this still can make a great car for someone who can fix it up. Asking a fair price to get a little more to replace this vehicle for daughter going to college. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due via paypal within 24 hours. Balance is due within 3 days of auction closing in form of Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash. Item will be relisted if no contact has been made after 3 days. If needing more than 3 days and deposit has been paid within 24 hours I will extend balance of payment due until 7 days. Pick-Up:Purchaser is responsible for picking up or arranging the tow/shipping of the truck. I can not guarantee the truck will make it to any destinations as the transmission slips when driving around the neighborhood. Upon deposit and balance being paid I will be flexible as far as working with you and YOUR arrangements to pick up the vehicle as long as it is picked up with in 14 days of payment.
