VIN # 2G2FV22G212135843 533 White WS6 coupes producedThese cars were under rated and put down great power. 2001 also received the LS6 intake from the factory and the updated wheels. This Trans Am I’ve owned since 2015. I have always had an F body (Camaro/firebird). From a 84 Z28, 1985 IROC, 89 GTA, 94 FORMULA, 97 SS, 00 Z28, 01 WS6 and a few others “This car is not perfect” I’m not asking 20K; , for a 17yr old car with 118K miles on it I believe it is in very fair condition and fairly priced to own a real WS6. This numbers match car is basically in stock form minus a air lid and K&N filter and a change of the factory exhaust pipe off the one cat, and a Magna Flow muffler with stock exhaust tips and both catalytic converters. Most of these cars are all really beat up mechanically at this point, this is more cosmetic. The car in my opinion needs to be re – painted to have a nice show appearance, but then again it is 17yrs old, FL SUN, it does sit under my cover. It is a good driver quality car that needs some TLC. Very fast and will spin the tires at no problem going 25 MPH., runs and shifts with no issues what so ever. There are some things that you will need to do as it is not perfect 1 – 10 I think a 7. There are some common interior issues that are low cost to fix that you can see in the photos, i.e. cracks in some panels, window regulator etc. The car has new tires, Cold A/C , working radio and what not. I bought the car from a man that put the horn on the lower panel with some switches for after market under carriage lights. He explained that car was owned by a female and was in a light accident in the front which he repainted, At the time of the accident the cost of OEM factory parts like the Ram Air Hood, front bumper, fender etc I were very costly and she did not want to fix it, the man bought the car and was given a re-built title. There is no damage to anything that matters, i.e core support etc. she hit a the rear end of a truck where the nose went under the truck so it just swiped over the radiator area damaging cosmetic pieces non structural. I have a lot of time in the body shop world and saw no issues so I bought the car. I have many cars and this car now needs a new home since I picked up the 97 SS. Thank you and it is very much worth for the price a low mileage factory ride.
