This car has some rust as usual in the rear quarter panels ! The rust is easily repairable as this is what I intended to do by taking a cut off wheel and slicing the panel about 1.5 inches below the body stamped accent line and using mild steel by riveting the new metal in place prepping it with self etching primer rivet in place use body seam sealer around the repair from the inside the use POR 15 on the inner body panel repair then paint to match and then use Valspar Body armour bed liner to completely seal the inside of the repair ! To top it off ad a high quality body side chrome channel with vinyl insert to run along the outside repair line making it a flawless and invisible repair ! The car has new headlamp modules new lower control arms with ball joints and bushings , new polyurethane sway bar mounting bushings and sway bar links as well , a stainless steel exhaust and header high flow catalytic converter , new axles on both sides , recent tune up with iridium denso plugs dist cap and plug wires and a new coil as well the car will also come with brand new slotted and drilled rotors and front wagner thermos quiet brake pads ! The interior has brand new extra thick plush carpeting in factory black for better comfort sound deadening and appearance the roof panel is in good shape as well as the handles for the roof are complete and unbroken (a weak point on some older Del Sol models ) ! I actually inherited this car from my son because I co signed for his new Accord Coupe and I drove this car for almost 6 months before the trans cable gave up the ghost the car was always mechanically maintained KN oil filters Trans fluid and filter was changed about 5 k ago and we always use full synthetic Castrol long life motor oil and change it at 5 to 6000 miles instead of the 15000 mile long life rating any questions call me Tony at 570-242-4342 The car is located in Bushkill Falls Pennsylvania about 30 minutes from route # 80 and the NJ border and also about 40 minutes from Sussex County NJ and route 206 thanks !the interior is currently apart because of the shifter and rust issue as I said I fully intended to repair and use this car but I just don't have the time at 57 years of age lol been there done that !
