Clean low mileage (only 60,800 miles) classic Jaguar XJR sedan. Lowest mileage XJR on Ebay. There is NO RUST. If you like Jaguars, this is one of the last year before they started messing around with the XJ's classic lines. The engine is a Ford AJ 4.0 liter 32 valve DOHC Supercharged V8. This engine uses Nikasil ceramic piston liners which are the same type used in Porsche turbo engines for their high durability. The vehicle is in great mechanical condition and runs great. Always stored in garage. Borla cat back stainless steel exhaust and chrome Penta 19" rims. Brand new 5 year warranty German made battery. Recent oil change using only synthetic oil. Continental low profile tires. Bought tires brand new and have half tread left but due to the heat, I would recommend changing the tires. These are not the stock tires which are taller and give a "softer" ride. Switching to the low profiles definitely gave the car more grip but sent more road feel through the steering wheel. Besides the stiffer ride, low profiles will have a flat spot when the car sits for awhile and you have to drive it to round out the tire again. Anyone that has ever had low pro tires knows this. This is definitely a driver's performance car. You drive this car differently than a regular car once you realize how much power this has compared to 90% of the other vehicles around you. Smaller pulley installed on supercharger combined with exhaust & high flow washable air filter, give the vehicle about 400+ HP. Connolly leather seats are in perfect shape. Front seats always covered in custom sheepskins and back seat has never been sat in. This was NOT a daily driver hence the low miles. ! drove it maybe once or twice a month to go golfing. Ice cold A/C, CD changer with Harmon Kardon 10 speaker audio system. High performance and luxury at a budget price. Original retail was $75,000+. Only issue is the headliner is coming loose in the rear of vehicle and front seat memory can't be saved. The fore/aft potentiometer for front seat needs to be replace and part will be included with sale. There are some minor imperfections and they are all cosmetic but its a 20 year old car so its normal. I bought the vehicle without a spare. Vehicle sold as is and is available FOR SALE LOCALLY. Only selling it because we have kids and I can't fit the car seat in the back and I have only driven it twice all last year. Its no longer a practical car when you have a family. You can get in the car but the seat adjustments will make it a little uncomfortable to drive. I have a friend who is 6' 2" that has this same vehicle and he seems to have made the adjustment and loves this car but I'm only 5' 8" and it seems the car was optimized for my height because my head is very close to the ceiling. The low profile of the car is what gives it its aggressive stance but the lower head room is the trade off if you are taller.
